REMARKS: 
1- One author can submit two presentations in the conference by one registration fee. Authors must pay an extra fee (300 TL or €10) if they wish to present more than two presentations.
2- Full text of presentations will be published after peer-review process with ISBN number.
3- Authors must pay an extra fee (300 TL or € 10) if they wish to submit second extended abstract for publishing at Proceedings Book. 
4- In case of cancellations before 15 October 2023, half of the registration fee will be refund.
5- For received cancellations on or after 15 November 2023 will not be refund payment. 
6- All refunds will be made after the conference.
